Every care has been taken to ensure that all descriptions and specifications are correct. However colour representation may vary depending on your own monitor. While we endeavor to be as accurate as possible, all sizes are approximate. We reserve the right to change product specification, prices and/or minimum quantities. Images on the site are for illustration purposes and do not imply that we printed the logos on the items or endorse any of the trademarks.

Guarantee

Goods must be checked on delivery.
Goods must only be signed for if received in good condition from the courier. Goods signed for a received in good condition cannot later be reported as damaged.
If you find a purchase faulty, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery and return it within 3 days, in its original packaging. We will be happy to provide a replacement/refund (at our discretion) if we find the goods are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights. Delivery / Carriage costs are not refunded.
If personalised goods are to be replaced the lead-time will be as per order lead-time.
Image 2000 plus Ltd reserves the right to change Products (incl. 3rd Party Products) at any time but Image 2000 plus Ltd guarantees you at least equivalent functionality and performance.

We will not enter negotiations on this or any of our other terms and conditions.

Price Guarantee:You are eligible for a double price-difference refund if your request meets the following conditions:

1. Our Low Price Guarantee is valid only for end user prices, not trade prices and does not apply to samples.

2. The retailer must have the identical product in-stock and the product is priced accurately and not on sale or promotion.

3. Due to the nature of the internet, price comparisons will be only accepted in the form of retailers own web sites prices not host sites like amazon, auction sites or price comparson sites.

4. Price match requests must be submitted within 72 hours of your purchase.

5. The guarantee does not apply to quotations prior to purchase only once purchased.

6. Where lower quotations are obtained from like for like suppliers we reserve the right not to accept the order but will however where possible and in most cases match the lower like for like quotation.

7. Our Low Price Guarantee is valid for one (1) price match in any given 30-day period.

8. Our Low Price Guarantee is limited to a maximum of 20% of order value or GBP 100.00 per price match request whichever is less.

9. Difference in Price must be at Least GBP 5.00 thus our Low Price Guarantee is limited to a minimum of GBP 10.00 per price match request.

10. Our Low Price Guarantee applies to paypal, and credit card orders only.

When requesting a low price guarantee, please be aware that prices will be compared on the following criteria:

1. Price comparisons include the product price, plus shipping & handling charges when calculating the competitor's total price in comparison to our product price and lowest priced delivery method for that item.

2. Our Low Price Guarantee does not apply when you use coupons, rebates, promotional offers, or product-bundle pricing on the order.

3. Our Low Price Guarantee does not apply to membership schemes.

4. Our Low Price Guarantee is limited to up to one (1) of the same product, delivered to the same address.

5. The Low Price Guarantee is subject to change at any time and is only available to purchases made in the United Kingdom.

6. Price must be displayed in on companies own web site , printed brochure, catalogue or price list.

Please note:
To avoid potential abuse and to enable us to honour our price-match refund guarantee to genuine customers, the acceptance of all refund requests is ultimately at the discretion of Image 2000 plus Ltd who will at all times act reasonably and in good faith.

Payment

We accept Credit or Debt card payment on our secure server, paypal, bacs or cheque. Select your chosen payment method at time of order.

Pricing, Availability and Samples

Quotations subject to availability at time of order. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If for any reason we are unable to supply the goods, we will refund you for any sum of money already paid towards the goods. We will not be liable for any losses or damages that arise from us being unable to supply the goods.
All prices are shown in pound sterling (GBP). All prices exclude origination, vat and delivery unless stated.
Orders not placed on our web site incurr a 15% min GBP30 surcharge.

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring they enter a complete and valid delivery address on our web site. The customer should be available to sign for goods and be willing to re-arrange delivery with the carrier should they not be in when the carrier attempts delivery. Should the customer wish to change the delivery address after the goods have been dispatched a charge of GBP 11.50 will be made for courier sent packages. Change of delivery address is not available for orders sent via Royal Mail.

Delivery / Lead-times

Goods are dispatched within 1-2 working days of order. We do not offer Guaranteed delivery dates, as these reply on third party Couriers and Royal Mail.

Delivery time estimates: Courier: 1-2 working days. Royal Mail: 1-5 working days.

Customer are responsible for allowing plently of time for goods to arrive for event dates. If you have a no fail date the goods must arrive by, you should inform us of this date before ordering so we can advise which delivery service is required before you order.

You should make delivery destination clear at time of order.

At present on this site we only accept orders from customers with UK mainland delivery addresses.

Royal Mail state to allow 15 working days before goods can be reported lost / stolen, it is very rare that goods we send are lost / stolen while in transist.

If your goods do not arrive within 6 working days please advise us. Goods sent via Royal Mail cannot be reported lost / stolen to Royal Mail until 15 working days has passed. if you inform us later than this stated time period but within 28 days we will ask the courier / royal mail to investigate on your behalf but cannot be held responsible for any lost goods.

If we have not been informed that the goods have not arrived within 28 days of the target delivery date we unfortunately cannot take any action.

Undeliverable Packages

When a postal carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a refund less 20% restocking charge (min GBP 30). We are unable to re-send packages that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you would still like to purchase those items, you're welcome to place a new order on our website. If you suspect your order cannot be delivered as addressed and you have not received confirmation of its return or refund after four weeks from the estimated delivery date, please contact us.

Non UK Mainland Deliveries / Exports

For for non uk mainland /international deliveries please supply your courier details at before ordering (european destinations only). We do not export outside the EU.


Your obligations as a Customer

You are responsible for:

a) your own choice of product and its suitability for purpose;
b) making payment in good time in order that we can meet your dead-line, we will not chase payment.

You must provide Image 2000 plus Ltd with all reasonable courtesy, information, cooperation to enable Image 2000 plus Ltd to perform duties, failing which Image 2000 plus Ltd shall not be obliged to perform any service or assistance.


Liability

Image 2000 plus Ltd is not liable for failure to perform any obligation, or any losses or damages that arise as a result of such a failure.

Returns

Customers are responsible for return carriage should they wish to return goods. Goods must be returned within 7 days of delivery by a recorded delivery method. A refund will be given on returned goods received back in perfect condition minus GBP 10 plus vat plus 15% restocking fee. If goods arrive faulty will pay return carriage to the value of second class recorded.

Invoices

A Vat invoice will be emailed to you the first week in the month following order completion, if you require an invoice sent via post a small administration charge will be incurred. VAT Registration No. GB 745 0369 32
If you the VAT invoice does not reach you please advise ASAP so we can send you a copy. An administration charge will be made for sending copy invoices and is charged at £15 ex vat, this charge will only be made for copy requests that are made 6 months or later after the order is complete.
